Frond Construction is a locally owned general contractor based in North Kitsap. Our core service area is Suquamish, Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, and we also take on projects in nearby Kitsap County communities, including Kingston, Indianola, Keyport and Silverdale.

Building on the Kitsap Peninsula

Kitsap County is surrounded by Puget Sound and Hood Canal, and its weather shapes how we build. Steady rain, tall evergreens and salt air mean outdoor wood, roofs and siding need careful detailing. That is why so much of our work involves rebuilding decks, installing durable fences and replacing siding.

For homes in unincorporated parts of the county, building permits are handled by the Kitsap County Department of Community Development. Cities such as Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Bremerton and Port Orchard have their own permitting. We will talk through what your project needs during our first visit.

Joey Paul started Frond Construction LLC in October 2020. We are a small, locally owned company registered with Washington State (Contractor Reg. #FRONDCL793PO). We take on projects of all sizes, from a single repair to a new home, and you deal directly with the owner from the first call to the finished job.
