New Homes, Tiny Homes & Cabins in Kitsap County
From foundation framing to siding and decks, we build new structures across North Kitsap and Bainbridge Island.
Building new, from the ground up
Frond Construction builds new homes and smaller structures, from the floor framing on a fresh foundation to sheathing, siding, doors and decks. Building new in Kitsap County means planning for wet weather: protecting the structure while it is open, detailing the envelope well and choosing exterior materials that hold up in the rain.
New homes
We take on new home construction as a general contractor, coordinating the work and the trades involved. The photo below shows a new build finished in blue board-and-batten siding.
Tiny homes and cabins
Small buildings take the same care as big ones, just in less space. We have built a cedar-shingled cabin with a deck, a shingled cottage and a tiny home that is shown below mid-build with ZIP System sheathing, sliding doors and a new deck. These work well as guest space, a studio, an office, or a smaller home of your own.
Accessory buildings and additions
If you are thinking about adding a separate structure or more space to your property, it is worth checking early what your city or Kitsap County allows on your lot. We are glad to talk through ideas and how we would approach the build.
Let's talk about your project
Call or text 206-369-6850, or email [email protected], with where the property is and what you have in mind. If you already have plans, send them along. We build on Bainbridge Island, in Poulsbo and Suquamish, and throughout Kitsap County. Finished outside spaces often include a deck or fence too.
